- Eat Protein First and with every meal
- Never drink during a meal or 30 minutes after
- Meals consist of at least 75% protein, 20% vegetables and 5% carb or fruit
- Chew food thoroughly
- Don’t be afraid to waste or save food for later; keeping portions small is key
