I’m Amy and I created Portionista to help people achieve their weight loss goals through a portion control diet. I’ve struggled with my weight all my life and I finally hit rock bottom and got help. I got help from nutritionists, behavioral health specialists and doctors who understood weight loss and obesity. I fixed my thoughts about food and how I should eat. I fixed my unhealthy feelings and dealings with food, and finally, I learned that how much I eat and what I eat is important.
During my journey to 100 pounds of weight loss, I didn’t find a lot of tools to help me. So this year I’m launching a line of products to help people who want to practice a portion control lifestyle.
